Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new member of our team, which would preliminarily be responsible for hiring new talents owning recruitment activities and related reporting in our quick evolving and dynamic organization. Join us and be part of our talent acquisition team in Zurich Insurance Bratislava.

This role is currently planned to be temporary up to 2 years.

As a Recruiter, your main responsibilities will be:

• Creating and updating recruiting pipeline of specialized (Insurance and IT mostly) candidates, including a diverse pool, for their areas of recruiting.
• Bringing interview guides and other recruiting related services for all your stakeholders involved in staffing locally and globally.
• Engaging hiring managers using talent acquisition expertise to recommend most effective methodology for bringing talent into the organization.
• Coordinate cooperation with local recruiting agencies
• Identifying, evaluating and recommending newest trends and tools available in recruiting technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process.
• Maintains specialized professional networks to develop solid relationships and understanding of the business needs, market trends and innovation.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

As a Recruiter, your skills and experience will ideally include:

• 1-3 year of working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter in a highly dynamic organization
• Experience with candidates’ direct sourcing, screening and interviewing
• Very good command of English language, both verbal and written
• High level of proactive and pro-client orientation
• Ability to inform, guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
