Job description, responsibilities and duties

ZOOM is extensively growing and expanding through the world and needs to increase productivity, integration and high availability of the internal systems. We are looking for a new colleague to join our operations team and take part in this process.

About the Internal System Analyst Function

The Internal Business Analyst (IBA) will be responsible for analyzing of the existing components of IS and proposing their future development and integration. IBA will also collect inputs from and train colleagues in newly developed functionality. Last but not least IBA will play important role in implementation of SOC 1 and 2 standards. Company uses Salesforce (CRM) and Netsuite (ERP) which are understood to be the heart of the company IS currently supporting sales, marketing, customer care and management. In development and quality departments there is used Jira. To achieve a flawless and effective company operation a comprehensive Document Management System enabling paperless document workflow should also become part of the company IS. Last but not least company needs to stay in tight contact with its customers, partners, employees and other stakeholders. This means we have to maintain proffesional and user-frendly customer/partnel portal and intranet.

The position involves close collaboration trough all company departments at our Headquarters in Prague as well as with colleagues located in USA and Slovakia. You will be reporting directly to Vice President, Operations.

The Internal System Analyst is expected to:

• Have at least three years of active experience with ERP and/or CRM implementations
• Have strong analytical skills
• Be able to write documentation in English
• Quickly get deeply into existing Eleveo IS
• Knowledge of CRM (, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ...), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX or NAV, Helios, ...), JIRA and/or Confluence is an advantage

ZOOM International is a software company developing products which support everyday operation of a wide range of contact centers, including financial institutions, telecommunication providers or emergency services. The main focus of the company is software for recording, reconstruction and archivization of calls, as well as later analysis and evaluation of recordings. The primary goal of the Kosice development center is development of a native cloud platform.
