Technologist - Launch coordinator

On site coordination and monitoring of project related work packages within the production plant between the related plant functions and the project team. 

Internal reporting and escalation:
- Reports and escalates to program manager and his/her Manager and Plant manager.
- Coordinates the tasks for the launch phase of the plant’s involved departments (Quality, Logistics,
Manufacturing, Production)
- Monitors and coordinates the plant related tasks within the plant under consideration of the overall project
scope.
- Shares know how in launch phase from the plant with the project team.
- Reports status and measures both to PM and within the defined Plant Communication structure to ensure
clear awareness of Plant project deliverables, gaps and necessary actions in launch phase.
- Supports risk assessment in regards to plant schedules, plant resources, cost and timelines given from the
project management.
- Ensure pre-series builds in launch phase
- Ensure production readiness for pre-series and SOP according the project planning.
- Coordination of different running projects and project tasks between the plant and the related program
managers / project teams.
