Commodity SDE

- Overall project management (APQP) and coordinator for supplier approval process measures to achieve maturity
level of purchased parts while ensuring the project will be completed on time; Preparation and execution of
project meetings and steering committees
- Support of the supplier admission and release process; Evaluation of suppliers, implementation of specific
supplier development activities;
- Cross functional responsibility in supplier development projects, APQPs; Responsible in KPI monitoring,
escalation process for supply parts and risk analysis; Support of the divisional SDE-Teams for the definition of the
commodity strategy;
- Conduction of audits at suppliers, process analysis, [email protected] audits;
- Support for supplier selection and approval process; Operative task force support, reduce business critical
positions;
