Job description, responsibilities and duties
- First contact for the HR Business Partners of the division as well as the CoE (Centre of Expertise)
- Organization of the divisional HR management team meetings nationally and internationally as well as the Let's Talk HR - rounds, coordination of the agenda, presentation & moderation
- Gateway to the Group's CoE on Learning, Talent, Organization & Recruiting
- (Objectives and Key Results) OKR Coach for EH - Preparation and moderation of OKR set-up, OKR Retrospective and OKR weekly
- Coordination and support of cross function HR Processes (Trainee Program, Neutral Shift)
