Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job Description

  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee policies and procedures manual.
  • Monitors the performance evaluation process and tracks as necessary
  • Conducts recruitment effort for junior personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program for young talents; and writes and places advertisements.
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Supports and promotes Employee engagement activities
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database, ensures data consistency and up-to-date records in all systems
  • Maintains benefit system including mandatory and extra benefits, tracks the spending and communicates with suppliers, creates and tracks PO, suggests any improvements
  • Maintains compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Consolidates local training activities and maintains Training Matrix, makes sure the process is compliant with all external and internal rules and regulations, collaborates with central Learning & Development team


  • Masters' or bachelor degree in human resources/economics or related field
  • HR background preferable
  • At least 1-2 years of human resource experience in multinational companies or consulting/temp staffing agency
  • Fluent English
  • Some experience with preparing data for payroll calculation preferred
  • Ability and interested to cover wide range of HR activities, data accuracy and focus on details needed
  • Working knowledge of Excel, some previous experience working with time & attendance systems preferred
  • Positive mind-set, interest to work in multicultural environment
