Customer Support with SK_Home office

What you will do in this role:

Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media from customers
Help customers with service-related issues
Work shifts: morning 8:00-17:00, afternoon 13:00-22:00, weekends and bank holidays
Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling
Suitable for people without experience

What we expect:

Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs
Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
Team players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environment
Native Slovak and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
