  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/monthThe final level of basic salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

A colleague in the HR Generalist role in IVS performs the following
- Manages the full cycle of recruiting process which includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, proactive sourcing of potential candidates through job portals, contacts, and events, pre-screening processes, testing candidates, and interviewing candidates
- Collects, stores, and archives the necessary employment documentation in cooperates with external partners
- Ensures the onboarding of new employees together with their team and manager
- Proposes, introduces, and administers local remuneration and benefits in accordance with the Company's strategy
- Ensures the implementation and conduction of educational programs, trainings, certifications, and skills development of the Branch Office workforce
- Participates in employee offboarding processes through administrative procedures as well as through operational procedures for determining and monitoring the reasons for the attrition of employees
- Presents the Branch Office as an employer through available and relevant channels, improves the Employer Brand image
- Monitors costs related to human resources, participates in the preparation and planning of the budget and monitoring its realization
- Assists in the implementation and updating of company policies and procedures
- Ensures the business is kept up to date with current practices and changes to employment law
- Supports all the staff and in particular the managers with HR queries and advice
- Maintains data reports and human resource records of all employees
- Prepares regular and ad-hoc reports and submits them to Branch Office Representative and HR Director

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- At least three years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment or an IT Company
- Good knowledge of Slovak Labor Law
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Proactive personality with good communication skills
