Business Integration SAP NewGL - Specialist (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Heading and managing SAP NewGL projects designed to integrate VIG insurance companies into the Group-wide system landscape
• Liaising with specialist departments, Holding IT and other projects
• Responsibility for ensuring fulfilment of user acceptance tests (UATs) and related documentation for the implementation and modification of the UAT strategy
• Support for VIG insurance companies on the installation of the Group’s SAP NewGL system (Group-wide ERP system)
• Ongoing process optimisation and identifying corresponding potential for optimisation
• Contact person for internal departments and the VIG insurance companies in CEE

• According to the regulations of the Equal Treatment Act, we state the minimum wage based on the Collective Agreement, which is in a range of € 2 628,27 gross per month. Your Profile

• Degree in a related subject (finance and accounting and/or business)
• At least five years of related professional experience
• In-depth knowledge and extensive experience of working with SAP systems (SAP NewGL, BW, SEM-BCS), ideally as a key user or consultant
• Experience of project management and related methods (e.g. PMP, SCRUM, Prince2)
• Specific professional experience in the insurance sector an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in an international working environment
• Solutions-driven and independent approach to work
• Very good written and spoken English; German language skills an advantage
• Proactive mindset and enjoyment of working on change processes
• Reliable and resilient
• Willingness to travel (max. 20%)
