Hello from Vestberry! We want to triple our customer base over the next year.
Hence we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Who will help us capture the market opportunity ahead of us. You will be responsible for supporting outbound sales - mainly for researching and qualifying our potential customers (leads).

Join our Sales team - Sheetal, Sasho, Filip, Martin, Andrej and Zuzana in selling our unique product to our clients worldwide!

About the role:
* You will receive inbound leads from the web. Your role is to research the person and the company that signed up for the product demo. If they fit our client profile, you reach out to them to schedule a product demo call. You will be the first person in Vestberry they come in contact with.
* When we organize a webinar, all attendees are potential prospects. It is your role to research them and identify the relevant ones. You reach out to those and explore their interest in Vestberry.
* You support Sales Managers in cold outreach - either via email or Linkedin. You help them with copywriting and/or cold outreach automation. This activity is a lot about coming up with new hypotheses and testing them. Hopefully, improving our conversion rate (cold outreach) in the process.
* When we attend a conference, you help research the attendees and find relevant prospects our Sales managers should talk to in person. You help them with follow-ups after the conference as well.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

What we are looking for:

* Extrovert & Communicative personality who is not affraid to pick up a phone
* Good listener and observer
* Analytical thinking to evaluate and work with data
* Risk tolerant is better than Risk averse - you might get a lot of NOs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1/C2)
* Copywriting skills in business English (for cold emails)
* Natural curiosity to learn & develop in the new topics
* Interest in the Venture capital industry - investors, startups, finaning and more
* Experience with lead generation or sales is a plus
* Bachelor or Master degree
