Job description, responsibilities and duties
Brief characteristics of the job:
Provide most comprehensive analysis and manufacturing readiness on Power test systems capabilities , focused on new product development and transfers from one site to another. Develop and improve test technology, processes and procedures using Lean methodology and adherence to quality standards. Daily management of problems arising at the test site, ensuring support for a quick resolution of production or design discrepancies. Structured collaboration with Quality and R&D for deep failure analysis.
You will be responsible for:
• managing a team of Tester manufacturing engineers,
• introduction of new product families into production and transfer from one site to another, supporting specification definition and assessment of the correct choice of technologies
• support of production management, setting up test routings, creating test instructions,
• support in the implementation of lean manufacturing activities and tools,
• analysis, design, and implementation of new investments in the test technologies
