Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is for maternity leave replacement

- Providing first line support for aftersales warranty claims to Vertiv customers in DACH region
- Proceeds according to established warranty service procedures from receipt of the complaint
- Operates relevant systems, databases and reports
- Controls all information received, adherence to the claim order and processes
- Responsible for timely and quality registration and archiving of all types of complaints to the relevant central system
- Analyzes and solves open complaints and assesses their causes in administrator`s liability
- Actively communicates with other departments of the company to resolve complaints
- Controls and monitors the quality of the data (system and technical) provided by the main actors in the process of guarantee claims (especially MU)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) or German - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced

- Precision, detail orientation
- Good communication skills (customer service experience being advantage)
- Ability to solve problematic situations and make important decisions
- SAP or ORACLE is advantage
