We are looking for a skilled P1 Project Manager, who will lead the projects for Valeo Thermal system division, especially working on german OEMs - customers.


•Manage operationally and functionally the assigned projects
•Be responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability, quality and production preparation
•Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones
•Define and manage project budget including forecasting and investment overview
•Prepare decision making process for relevant committee and challenge his/her project team readiness through Project management portal
•Prepare, submit and track budget for his/her project ( CAA / IAR process )
•Manage all project changes (internal and customer) and coordinates through his/her team
•Manage communication with Customers on Project development progress
•Prepare/validate reports on Project development progress to PSC and PMC and to all Governance stages when required


•Master degree in a technical area
•Min. 2 years of experience in automotive environment
•Product Development process knowledge and practice
•Experience in other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, Purchasing)
•Experience with quality and project management standards FMEAs, PPAP, APQP
•Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage projects spread over departments and regions
•Professional level of English and German and MS Office
•Team player, open- minded, decision making personality, leadership skills

Brief description of the company

We are an automotive supplier, a partner to all automakers worldwide. As a technological company, we propose innovative products and systems that contribute to reduction of CO2 emissions and to development of automated driving.
Since 2002 we have been developing thermal systems in our R&D Center in Prague. Currently we are working on high-voltage components for electric vehicles' thermal management. Our team of mechanical, test and system engineers works closely with our development center in La Verrière, France. We manage our own projects and are pioneers in the electric mobility market due to our innovative products.
