Mockup & Test Engineer - High Voltage (Automotive)

We are looking for a skilled Mockup & test Engineer, who will participate in prototyping phase and not only.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

* Prepare and build the prototype parts according to customer request in line of planned timing and required quality.
* Making proposals for prototype parts optimization in order to optimize cost with parallel ensuring of robustness and functionality.
* To realize mock-ups with the tools available in the prototype workshop in accordance with the planning.
* Ensure the QUALITY by checking and validating the prototypes.
* Manage the DELIVERY in accordance with the planning.
* Propose technical solution to improve the product and tools.
* Ensure enough components for production on the lines.
* Control prototype and fill in the quality sheet in accordance with the requirements.
* To pack prototypes (parts/assemblies) and manage the transport to the customer in accordance with the customer specification and planning.
* To co-operate on above mentioned activities with others (external/internal subcontractors).

* Secondary (Technical) Education
* Basic English
* Reliability, Organization skills
* Very good manual skills
* Experience on prototype position or similar
* Proactivity
* Logical thinking, Analytical abilities
* Driving license B
* PC Microsoft Office basic; internet; 3D reviewer
