  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 400 EUR/month
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties


* Specification, planning, realization and analysis of Test & automation processes
* EOL tester development and production and full validation for serial production / modification management (program, parameters, HW, mechanics, ... ) validation and traceability
* Cooperation with SW/HW department - involvement in new control panel and PCB development in light of testability
* Cooperation on optimization of testing sequence to reduce assembly line time
* Definition of a verification method for correct function of a tester (validation, Poka-Yoke audit, capability, R&R ...)
* Analysis of data from pre-serial production (EOL1, EOL2, MTBF, ...) * Definition and fulfillment of the action plan along with the Industrial project leader
* Managing of training for maintenance, methods, quality, supervisors (operators) for functionality of new equipment


* SW engineering, computer science, electrotechnical education or similar
* Programming with Windows structured language C/C++/C#/LabWindows CVI/Visual Basic
* Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, FMEA, ISHKAWA, PARETO ANALYSIS)
* Knowledge of production system tools (HOSHIN, SMED, TMP, KANBAN, PULL FLOW)
* Experience with electronic testing
* Camera control or PLC programming is an advantage
* Fluent in English language
* Ability to work under the pressure, strong customer orientation, creative thinking

Brief description of the company

Since 2002 we have been developing thermal systems in our R&D Center in Prague. Currently we are working on high-voltage components for electric vehicles' thermal management. Our team of mechanical, test and system engineers works closely with our development center in La Verrière, France. We manage our own projects and are pioneers in the electric mobility market due to our innovative products.
