Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our IT-Service Team is the first point of contact for our customers in the field of HR processes. You will be responsible for providing professional support mainly for our key customer and its employees, including collection, processing, or forwarding of requests by phone or in writing.
YOUR FIELD OF ACTION
• Using Incident Management System to collect error messages and service requests in English.
• Categorizing and classifying error messages.
• Independently resolving errors and documenting incident-related activities in the Incident Management System.
• Consulting end-users on the use of the software product in the SAP HCM area.
• Supporting software-as-a-service solutions, including a learning platform.
• Communicating with our team, as well as with the customer's HR, end-users, and IT management.
SKILLS
• Experience working with Incident Management Systems.
• Experience in a support function position is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP (HCM) processes, including infotypes, transactions, and reports, is desirable.
• Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
