Job description, responsibilities and duties

At U+, we create and promote innovative digital products that our clients' customers love, and we have a good time doing it. Right now, we're looking for a talented, experienced, and ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist to join our international team.

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage digital activities across social, search, and display platforms for clients. In this vital role, you will work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that help clients meet their business objectives.

What you will do:

- First and foremost, you play nice with others. Next, you take a data-led, iterative approach to all your activities. You also have the know-how and skills to
- Craft marketing plans and work with internal and external teams to execute these plans
- Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover and test data-driven ways to optimize performance
- Communicate with internal and client teams via email, Slack, and video calls to
report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
present at kickoffs, daily standups, and weekly check-ins
- Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Manage advertising budgets
- Oversee performance growth to meet client business goals and strategies
- Apply test-and-learn strategies to online assets to continuously improve performance
- Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive, and deliver added value
- Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices
- Optimize websites and landing pages using Search Engine Optimization best practices (on- and off-site)
- Write engaging and effective copy
- Develop budget recommendations
- Build pitch decks
- Craft and execute high-performance email marketing campaigns
- BONUS: You have WordPress and/or web development experience and can drive results by executing on Conversion Rate Optimization best practices

What you have done:
- Previous experience creating marketing plans with proven results
2+ years of client management and communication work
4+ years of direct performance marketing work
1+ years of SEO work
1+ years of email marketing experience
