Job description, responsibilities and duties

Fixed-term contract until 1st of September 2025, with the possibility of extension for an indefinite time.
About the position:
Currently we are looking for Assistant of Sales Manager SK in Bratislava.
As a very important member of the team you will be responsible for daily care about concrete accounts, this means daily communication with internal and external clients, analysis and preparing of needed materials and documentation.
You will work closely with Key Account Manager in terms of planning, sell in evaluation, reports etc..
You will also support of sales department in terms of setting of prices, price checks, collecting of data needed for credit and debit notes, preparation of logistic data, work with customers databases, solving of expirations stock.
On daily basis you will work in internal systems ike Excel, SAP, Power BI and Focus.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You are an ideal candidate if you have minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Advanced Excel and Word will be necessary.
SAP knowledge will be a plus!
We are an international team and we have a lot of meetings with our colleagues from Europe, that is why very good English will be also essential.
Last but not least - you are a great and positive Team Player able to build professional and positive relations with clients and colleagues.
