You know that feeling when you have a brilliant idea, you have the know-how, you already build the strategy in your head 3…2…1… no action? Endless procedures, approval chains, and discussions. Not in here.

What can you expect?

You will join a team of people with an entrepreneurial spirit, that you could share knowledge and learn from. The flat structure will give you the ownership you need to make a real impact on the business.

You will own the Distributors and Chains strategy and deliver a joint customer business plan. Your successes will be a driving force behind our growth. This means you understand the local Foodservice business landscape and you like to be one step ahead of the competitors.

You are a natural networker. You know how to build a customer care network internally, and get Marketing (portfolio opportunities, distributor private label programs, promo activations), Finance Controller (P&L, pricing, profitability), and Supply Chain (supporting demand plan and forecasting) onboard on a mission to win for consumers, customers, and Upfield.

What is your background?

You have a proven track record in the local Foodservice market (must) with a wide network across Distributors and an understanding of the business landscape.

Achieving goals gives you a rush, you have a strategic approach, and being analytical you know how to assess risk and be financially savvy. You have proven experience nurturing and developing an existing Customer base with an excellent reputation within your partners.

You feel comfortable in a stand-alone role being accountable for your own results but being a part of the team gives you as much joy.
