  • Place of work: OFFICE POINT 8, Južná trieda, Košice-Juh, Slovakia (Job with occasional home office)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 900 EUR/month+ 20% KPI bonus per month
  • Start date: 1. July 2022
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an autonomous, responsible and motivated colleague speaking good French who is interested in administration and customer care. We are focused on French speaking Swiss clients (Sunrise-UPC).

Job description:
- handling of customer requests regarding products and services in writing and via phone
- reception, registration and final handling of all customer requests
- feedbacks (call backs) to customers
- changes implementation in the database
- operative changes
- reporting
