Job description, responsibilities and duties

WE combine knowledge from the largest agencies, as well as small ones. WE have professional experience from internal recruitment environment of large corporation along with experience with recruitment process outsourcing in start-up offices of new IT providers.

Main responsibilities:
- End to End recruitment process
- Candidates sourcing (identification, search and selection of candidates in the IT area)
- Interviewing candidates, recommendation of suitable candidates for positions
- Client communication and negotiation (in terms of their needs, client management, communication with hiring managers, clients meetings)
- Preparation of advertisement, job posting
- Fulfillment of defining turnover year plans (consultant turnover plan / team turnover plan)

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) or Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate

- Master's degree/Bachelor degree
- 0 years of experience for junior, 1+ years of experience for skilled candidate
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Goal oriented, open minded, challenge oriented
- Hunger for success and performance oriented
- Self motivation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of the team
- Smart person able to use “brain”
- at least intermediate skill in English
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills for experienced candidate
