Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are an IT company in Košice and currently, we are looking for a junior talent sourcer/recruiter who will support our activities and demands, and who will bring his/her ideas, insights, and creativity. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and is willing to help us to find new colleagues. Our HR team is ready for a new member and we are looking to show you how it works in/between the Unique People.
We prefer if you have at least a few months of experience with recruiting and we will learn you all the necessities for the job.

Your main responsibilities:
- seeking suitable candidates (mostly software developers and infrastructure specialists)
- job portal administration
- planning, realization, and leading interviews
- communication with customers and candidates (our customers are mainly abroad - so good English skills are necessary)
- managing of candidate´s internal database
- collaboration on hiring marketing and communication strategies
and many more activities in the HR field based on your skills and preferences

Personality requirements and skills

- Good communication skills in Slovak and English (B2) language
- Open-minded and self-responsible
- Can-do oriented
- Basic labor law knowledge
- German language is a great plus


Brief description of the company

We founded our company in 2012. Back then, we were a group of young people enthusiastic about IT who wanted to contribute to the development of the IT industry in the region of Košice. Our idea was to work in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere while using our specialization and skills to help other companies realize their IT projects on a higher quality level.
