Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague who will work as a procurement specialist in Košice,

You will take care of our foreign customers, your job description will consist of:
- Processing of the RFQ from the client
- Procurement of goods and services
- Searching new vendors
- Tracking Purchase Orders and delivery
- Payment management
- Price and payment condition negotiation
- Administration and purchasing order management

Information about the selection process

We started a new office for procurement in Slovakia and we are growing.

The workplace is in Košice. There will be training done by colleagues, you have to count with 1 week of a business trip abroad at the beginning (after a pandemic is over).

Personality requirements and skills

Even though the end client is in Poland you need to speak English as there will be communication with the international virtual team.

Basic finance knowledge (purchase order, invoice, etc.) is an advantage.
Standard computer (office) skills are required, experience with procurement is an advantage.
