Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your Responsibilities:
• Management and implementation of projects along the project management cycle
• Responsibility for the execution of the assigned projects (end-to-end according to the UNIQA IT Delivery Model) in time and budget
• Development of the necessary project plans (project structure, time, resource and cost plan) and a project organization chart
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architecture to design solutions
• Internal and external stakeholder management: Management of the interfaces to all affected areas of the project within the UITS Service companies but also to the departments
• Management of the vendors and hosting partners involved in cooperation with Supplier Management
• Implementation of communication standards in the projects (kick-off meetings, status meetings, etc.) for effective communication towards UITS management, stakeholders and project team
• Responsibility for project controlling and the creation of regular project status reports
• Ensuring and complying with UITS quality standards for project management
• Execution of quality controls in cooperation with the UITS internal quality management team
• Proactive risk management in projects
• Responsibility for corrective measures when issues occur in the project

Required Skills and Expertise
• University degree (ideally business informatics, business administration, mathematics, human resource management)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of complex IT projects at financial or insurance companies
• Project management expertise (ideally PM certification, PMI/IPMA/Prince2/Scrum)
• Experience with portfolio management tools (ideally CAPPM)
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with solution orientation
• Good communication, presentation and moderation skills
• Good user knowledge in the MS Office package
• Very good knowledge of English and/or German in word and writing

Prioritnou činnosťou úseku SWS je vývoj a údržba softvéru pre komerčné poisťovne patriace do skupiny UNIQA.
