Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague for the team, who will be managing the import of goods and products in the shortest possible time, under the best possible conditions :)

What do we welcome?
- Ability to coordinate projects, identify, prioritize and improve processes
- 3 years of experience with the purchase / import of goods
- Strong business knowledge and common sense
- Sense of detail and analytical skills

What are you going to do?
- you will be responsible for overseeing orders and purchasing right goods in sufficent quality (which is crucial for the satisfaction of our customers)
- Communicate with suppliers and secure new and existing products to the product portfolio
- Create orders and order shipping
- Solve complaints with suppliers;
- Search for new potential suppliers and create new collaborations
- Secure the goods from A to Z, from the beginning of the order to the arrival to the warehouse
- Manage the purchasing flow agenda (managing of invoices, etc)

What are our requirements?:
- Responsibility for the ordered best value for money
- English level: min. B2 / C1 proficiency;
- Ability to run several tasks parallelly and take over large responsibility

The work is in large premises in Nižná Šebastová

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Polish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Excel - advanced
MySQL - basic
