Job description, responsibilities and duties

Resolve customer support issues daily
Communicate with clients via email, phone and live chat. Maintain client records and statistics; work with various systems
Communication between different departments in the company
Job related administrative work and other daily agenda

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
