Regional Sales Manager / Slovakia

Information about the position

  • Place of work: Slovak Republic (The job requires travelling)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/monthMin. 2.000 – 2.500 EUR gross / month (excess payment is possible depending on seniority/experience) + attractive variable / bonus system
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Market analysis and research within Slovakia
• Strategic and operational expansion of the market
• Acquisition of new and competitive customers (focus: scaffolders, construction companies, painters, industries, ...)
• Customer care in the above sales territory
• Planning and coordination of further sales measures with the marketing management and sales management (analysing sales data, periodical forecasting, reporting,…)
• Participation in trade fairs
• Planning and organization of training sessions and seminars for our customers

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

• University degree, with focus on technical or economy field
• Several years of experience in in construction sector (should already have a network in the construction / construction sector)
• Advanced level of English or German language
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Several years of experience in sales representation
• Pronounced customer and sales orientation
• Confident appearance in sales talks and presentations
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Have a view of small details and also sell them to the customer as something special
