Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • reporting customer service team leader,
  • standard customer service processes of HU customers - from order to shipment,
  • order placement in forwarding companies,
  • daily communication with customers - emailing, calls,
  • daily communication with other departments: supply, sales, finance,
  • internal communication to deal with daily tasks (order confirmations, products availability).

  • wage starts from 1200 € gross per month (depending on the experience of the candidate),

  • nation: Czech / Slovak/ Hungarian
  • middle school / university education
  • hungarian at upper level / fluent (daily communication with customers - calls, e-mails)
  • english at upper level (daily fluently communication - calls, e-mails...)
  • SAP knowledge
  • relevant experience at similar position is an advantage
  • preferably experience from international company
