Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • acts as a first point of contact for customer accounts on daily operational matters
  • receives orders
  • closely cooperate with other teams (controllership, finance, project management, business)
  • acts as an interface to partners
  • Resolves operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g. quoting, contract management, order status, post-sales programs)
  • maintains contracts/project files in accordance with business control policies
  • validates invoicing before sending to customer
  • support financial reporting and forecasting process
