Job description, responsibilities and duties


☆ ☆ ☆ We are looking for an experienced salesperson (at least 3 years of experience in selling technical products) who will proactively manage our current and attract new key accounts in whole Slovakia. ★ ★ ★

▶ Customers | 70% of your time for distributors

You will keep and develop partnerships with the customers within the global and local contract conditions. You will prepare detailed budgets and long-term plans.

▷ Distributors (located in Košice, Banska Bystrica, Bratislava) – will take about 70% of your time
▷ Spare parts companies
▷ Car dealers – about 80 smaller customers

It would be great if you live somewhere in the triangular area Žilina-Trenčín-Banská Bystrica, as strategic point to start your everyday travels to main customers located nearby.

▶ Your Week | 50% travelling and 50% admin - training - meetings

▷ 2-3 days a week travelling | Visiting (potential) customers and talking to them (about e.g., pricing and bonus conditions, marketing activities, complaints, …).

▷ Admin Day | Monday is usually admin day. You will update our CRM database (also on daily basis) and work actively with the data inside – generate and analyze reports. You will often use Excel for those analyses – you really should be comfortable using it.

▷ Technical training in English | You will regularly participate in both online and offline technical training lead by our colleagues in Czech Republic, Hungary, or even France.

▷ 4hrs Long Meetings in English | On monthly basis you meet (usually online) with other colleagues from our region (CZ, SK, HU) to talk about common pricing strategies, marketing activities, products strategies, etc.

▷ Credit Management | You will actively work with our Credit Controller and will be responsible for indirect customers credit control (overdues). It’s part of your personal goals as well – having influence on variable portion of your wage.

▶ Communication | Needs to be assertive and convincing

▷ Customers | Need someone being strong in communicating even not the best news to the customers – price increase, product unavailability, etc.

▷ Orders’ status | Orders’ (to be delivered to customer warehouse) status can be tracked in our E-Lub eshop system. For orders to be delivered directly to our customers site of production you need to follow the status with logistics department and communicate it to the customer if needed.

▷ Complaints | You are a mediator in the communication between the customer and logistics department.

▷ Marketing | Active communication with our marketing department regarding promo activities, materials, etc. You can also participate in creation of marketing strategy towards your customers.

▶ Technical Products | Knowledge needed; training provided

You can be challenged by the customer regarding technicalities of our products, so you should be eager to learn new things in technical field.

We will provide you with a wide technical training scope. However, it is important for us to have something to build on, that is why we need someone with at least 3 years’ experience in selling technical products or actively providing interest in this field.
