Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for new colleagues to division RECYCLING, who will be responsible for:
• Field service work (maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning and optimization), worldwide.
• Give support (incl. Remote support) to clients in terms of technical issues and sorter performance.
• Provides detailed field reports that are useful for the whole organisation after every installation or technical intervention.
• Takes care of a timely reporting of activities, costs and other reporting.
• Training of customer maintenance and service personnel on site as well as TSS Service Engineers
• Prepare and review onsite service visits and help for service sales offers.
• Give support to Sales and Project Management
• Ensuring the maximum performance of the TOMRA Sorting systems in the field to satisfy the customers.
• Responsible for an effective field service work in terms of costs and timing
• Work with technical team to ensure to get sufficient documentation.
• Feedback to other departments (service / clients)
• Give ideas about improvement possibilities (quality/efficiency/profitability)
• Act positively and customer oriented
• Field service work/optimization

Information about the selection process

• Few years “hands-on” experience in a B2B, Industrial Equipment support role
• In-depth Knowledge of electrical systems and fault finding.
• Advanced IT and network skills
• Full clean driving license essential
• Good English skills spoken and written, preferably other languages.
• Good communication skills, Cross-cultural competence
• Being self-motivated and having the proven capacity to fully complete tasks
• Flexible and willingness for international travel
• Team-Player with capability to work independent
