Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a colleague to our RECYCLING division


• Partner with managers to deliver a full range of operational, tactical people and operational support aligned with the overall business strategy
• Ensure quality, customer focused, pragmatic, and efficient P&O support is in place,
• Contribute to progress of the overall people agenda and take the opportunity to pick up new tasks that fall in the purpose of the role,
• Partner with managers and employees to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through P&O practices, processes, or policies,
• Counsel managers and employees on the most effective solutions,
• Act as a sparring partner, coach, and facilitator to business leaders,
• Take ownership for all people related measures from hire to retire, compensation, labor law & collective agreements, talent management or P&O systems & tools in partnership with Group and other Divisions,
• Strong collaboration with the P&O community.
