Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

• Support and coordinate Group HR communications for the local office;
• HR advisory and consultation on employment-related matters;
• Work with employees’ data and employment related information;
• Maintenance and updating the database containing employee information, personal employees file administration
• Prepare for new joiners’ arrival, support induction, follow up and notify probation ending;
• Cooperation on Team building organization;
• Assist and support recruitment process locally;
• Preparation of the documents in regard to entering into/termination of the employment;
• Meal vouchers ordering, benefits administration;
• Reconciles attendance sheets, lunch vouchers calculation, gift vouchers calculation, etc.;
• Updating and formal arrangement of internal guidelines and policies;
• Registration/de-registration of employees to/from social and health insurance;
• Assistance with obligatory trainings organizing;
• Other activities according to HR manager.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

Experience in HR and advanced knowledge of HR processes, knowledge of Labor Law;
Communicative level of Czech and English language (verbal & written);
Good experience with Microsoft Office software;
Attention to details and good organizational skills;
Action / initiative oriented and very good customer skills;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Team – and - service orientation;
Flexible, hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to priorities and work to tight deadline.
