Information about the position

  • Place of work: Slovak Republic, Banská Bystrica region, Prešov region (The job requires travelling)
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 2 000 EUR/monthMinimum wage for this position is 2000 euros + bonuses
  • Start date: 1. 2 .2019/ according to our agreement
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Coaching a team of 5-10 sales representatives in the West or East Slovakia
Training and coaching the team in the field
Building and updating clear road plans for each sale
Reporting team activities
Making list of existing farms and new prospective farms
Fixing SMART objectives for each sale representative to reach targets and KPI´s of your region
Ensuring the profitability of each sales representative
Checking KPI approach of your team with weekly coordination
Negotiating with distributors to ensure that orders from farmers are invoiced and delivered
Signing new distributors if needed
Working closely with the internal logistic department and management of the company

Information about the selection process

We are looking for two Regional managers for both East and West Slovakia.

The interview will be with the Country Manager for Slovakia and the last one with the General Manager for Central Europe.

Expected date of completion of the selection process

30 December 2019 (there are still 20 more days)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Master degree in Agronomy/ Agriculture and Business Management is a plus

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Business correspondence - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

Knowledge of active sales (B2B, B2C)
