Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is a superb opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, Junior candidate with a fluent level of English eager to learn more about contractor management (hiring/prolongation/termination), HR processes (onboarding off-boarding), and vacation management. Join our exciting team in Capco.

• Contract management with agencies and individuals across EU Austria, Slovakia, Germany, Switzerland, France
• Pre-screening candidates (contractors only)
• Onboarding activities for contractors EU including background check initiation and management
• Requesting & collecting all kinds of supporting documents needed for successful onboarding (incl. validations)
• Covering the onboarding process from an administrative perspective
• Daily communication and close cooperation with candidates agencies and new joiners (contractors only)
• Employee data management (HR database)
• Close cooperation with recruitment & HR Department
• Vacations management and support for AGS (Austria, Slovakia, Germany) for regular employees
• Respond to queries and create reports regarding vacations for regular employees

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent English is a must
• The German language is nice to have
• Previous Recruitment / HR / Coordination experience is strongly appreciated
• MS Office skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
• Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
• Time flexibility
• Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the client
• Attention to detail (data quality)
