  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 200 EUR/month+ (regarding previous experience salary can be modified)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our team in Capco specialises in management consulting and software development, mostly for international banks and insurance companies in western Europe. We focus on the western market, which allows our employees the opportunity to work overseas, as well as from Bratislava.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a superb opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, Junior candidate with a fluent level of English eager to learn more about HR processes. Join our exciting team in Capco.

Daily communication and close cooperation with HR colleagues, as well as new candidates and new-joiners
Requesting & collecting all kinds of supporting documents needed for successful onboarding (incl. validations)
Covering the onboarding process from an administrative perspective
Employee data management (HR database)

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

Fluent English is a must
Attention to detail (data quality)
Previous Recruitment / HR / Coordination experience is strongly appreciated
MS Office skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
Time flexibility
Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the client

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
