Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Provides support to executive tasks for members of the Leadership Team
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
• Meeting & travel arrangements
• Event planning and conduct
• Onboarding planning and logistics
• Reception desk - the first point of contact for the company
• Coordination of the Office & support to Facility management
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Support for Finance department
• Support to HR department and other administrative support on ad hoc basis
