Information about the position

  • Place of work: Bratislava
  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 1 300 EUR/monthEmployees get fix salary of 1300 euros gross. We offer a team bonus each month during winter : Nov 250, Dec 400, Jan 500, Feb 500, March 300, April 250 (those amounts can increase depending on Team Objectives achievements)
  • Start date: 15.11.2021
  • Contract type: full-time

Job description, responsibilities and duties

People are booking ski equipment online on our websites all over Europe.
Your role is to help them:

- Be the prime contact for clients’ inquiries
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Handle all incoming calls and emails from the business clients and suppliers in a professional manner by demonstrating and using professional knowledge
- Ensure continuous improvement of response time to queries
- Work as Team Player to achieve team goals and insure the good dynamic of the work environment

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Positive Attitude

Excellent skills in French language

Good PC skills (Microsoft Office, Zendesk etc..)
