• Managing development projects from People Plan and participating as NWT in other development related programmes or projects
• Designing training contents and concepts in blended solution with a support of the Digital Learning Manager and other contributors
• Collaborating with local training teams in all training design process and gathers feedback
• Consulting with Group capability and learning team. Getting the ready Group contents and sharing best practices from local learning solutions.
• Owning and creating/personalizing the content for digital solutions/channels
• Identifying the possibilities which are the most effective way of transforming existing learning content to digital learning solutions
• Acting as ambassadors for the self learning culture by promoting the self learning tools and solutions across the business. Championing the learning agenda across CE
• Delivering CE trainings in English upon needs
• Acting as WL3 bespoke consultants
• Providing train the trainer sessions for local trainers or people partners
• Part-time 4 or 6 hours
