Job description, responsibilities and duties

What will be your job with us?
Balancing exceptional delivery for Customers on what matters, engaging teams and Colleagues, with the needs of the business. Being an expert and often the first layer of management of people or projects.
Independently managing process improvement through the project life-cycle, within scope and budget including:
• Assessing the financial impact of projects and preparing the business case
• Providing high quality business process analysis and mapping to support strategic decision making
• Testing and trialing solutions prior to implementation to ensure that these are efficient and customer focused
• Developing full solutions and operating models to increase productivity and to improve customer experience
• Managing solution development and implementation by building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Developing the right communication and training materials to support successful implementation
• Delivering key milestones and ensuring decisions are made to maintain project timelines
• Ensuring sustainability of the solutions developed, measuring benefits, and handing over to 'Business As Usual'
• Coaching and supporting team members to deliver Process Improvement objectives
• Being an expert within my area and wider market and sharing knowledge with the rest of the team
• Providing knowledge share to the wider teams operating across the company
