Job description, responsibilities and duties

What will be your job with us?
- Acting as a Senior Finance Business partner for company´s leadership
- Leading performance review meetings with the business, ensuring business understands and delivers against performance KPIs
- Constructively challenging, recommending and influencing the business stakeholders
- Identifying and proactively highlighting risks and working on mitigation plans and looking for opportunities
- Delivering value added analysis and support with financial insight to the local management
- Managing the forecast/budget process for the functions, supporting delivery of consistent plans that are fully understood and owned by the management team
- Leading a team of Finance Business partners
- Inspiring great performance in the team through excellent people management
- Identifying finance top talent and contributing to resource planning
- Facilitating knowledge management - sharing best practice both within finance and business across Central Europe
