Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Leading the reformulation strategy for Own Brand products in order to help our customers lead and healthy lifestyle and achieve our commitments to lower HFSS and increase fruit/veg/fibre. 
- Understanding CE supplier capability and innovation within the health arena and using this knowledge to shape a realistic but innovative own brand strategy
- Analyzing and understanding CE market (competitor) dynamics & regulatory/government initiatives across the 3 countries in the health space, using this insight to support strategy development 
- Supporting the Category teams with the information and tools required to make healthier choices easier for colleagues and customers; and ensuring they can engage with suppliers about healthy food from a position of knowledge and clarity.
- Giving category managers insight/suggestions to guide range, price and promo decisions that support our Healthy & Sustainable Diets strategy 
- Be the go to person for categories on nutrition related subjects
- Cooperating with stakeholders across the business (including UK, Insight, Tech, Data, Quality, Commercial) to develop, implement and maintain the CE Health Dashboard 
- Coordinating reporting and tracking of our Health Commitments eg to investors, stakeholders as part of LHP as well as internally.
- Fostering relationships with UK Health & Nutrition team to leverage groups insight/expertise for use within the CE Health Program
- Working with the Healthy & Sustainable diets program manager in CE to engage key stakeholders across other functions and ensure the plan is on track to deliver against business expectations
