- Managing the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Delivering Business performance Management & Reporting
- Consolidating, reviewing the financial performance, providing the insight and highlighting possible risks and opportunities
- Providing Value-Driven Analytics
- Supporting and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions
