Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Ensure player satisfaction by responding to the player’s complaints and disputes
- Perform investigation and documentation of game exploits, bugs and similar other issues of the online gaming world
- Ensure all players follow gaming rules and regulations
- Manage gaming operations and report game status to management on a daily basis
- Monitor disturbances and imbalances during games and provide corrective solutions

Information about the selection process

- Rent allowance: 300 BGN gross
- Flight ticket coverage: up to 300 BGN gross (150 EUR)
- Hotel stay: up to a month
- HOOPs: 08:00-20:00, Monday - Sunday
