Job description, responsibilities and duties

The role of Assistant and Support:
In this role you are a key part in our client support for patients as well as doctors. You will be in contact with out doctors if they have any queries and with our patients through Facebook and Instagram. An essential party of this role is to be proactive and help to provide high quality services 24/7. Moreover, you will help translate and adapt content for social media for the Slovakian market and are welcome to input any knowledge you have into our local marketing & PR activities

Day to day responsibilities include:
• Support through our local social media accounts.
• Translation form English to Slovakian.
• Supporting our Doctors, Patients and key clients
• Participating in local marketing activities.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
• 2+ years of related experience
• A broad level of experience in office work
• Excellence in English and Slovak (written and spoken)
• Experience delivering high quality customer support.
