Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a junior support officer to reinforce the TEAM INDUSTRIES GROUP support team. In this role, you will mainly support colleagues and act as a point of contact for internal support requests regarding office IT.
A previous experience working is preferred. However, if you believe that you have the skills, needed for the role, then do not hesitate to apply!
Job responsibilities:
- Be the first line of support for requests regarding our in-house software products
- Review and escalate calls with the rest of the team.
- Support employees in resolving issues with laptops, printers and telecommunication devices
- Set up IT equipment for Designs and coordinates project plans internally and externally

Working place will be either in Turany or in Lipany according to job seeker´s location

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence
