The Opportunity
As a RPA Development Lead you will be responsible for setting strategic direction for and managing a group of RPA developers and you will align and integrate well with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.

• Responsible for transforming design and product vision into working product.
• Communicate with other developers across teams and units, both as ad hoc problem-solving.
• Support non-technical team members in understanding the technical implications of design decisions.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of trust through the facilitation of retrospectives and feedback exchange among team members.
• Help other teams and conventional parts of the organization build effective communication and interaction with the team.
• Provides solution designs to internal customers throughout the deployment
• Collaborates with other agile team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements.
• Maintain and develop digital products and applications (client-facing application side) and continuously delivers product enhancements.
• Creates RPA bots or RPA components as part of a broader product offering
• Create a link between development processes and product owners on an operational level.
• Identify and socialize product and delivery risks.
• Use agile engineering practices and various software and mobile development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience.
• Communicate with business stakeholders about agile processes to set and manage expectations about delivery methods and timelines.
• Continuously reach out to demonstrate and validate developed functionality.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Graduates in Computer Science with 7-10 years experience in programming .NET (C# or VB), Java + node-based programming.
• Experience in managing a team
• Experience in integrating different applications using web services or Rest API etc.
• Proficient in RDBMS knowledge or open source DB.
• Must be highly competent in application or implementation support domain.
• Process-oriented with good presentation and articulation skills.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Experience working within a regulated environment (e.g., GxP, SOX, etc.)
• Certified UiPath RPA Developer
• Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks.
• Experience in Agile development.
