Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you skilled in quality management and have a high focus on customer relationships? Do you have a good knowledge of Quality core tools and customer communications within the automotive industry? Then you are the person we are looking for, apply for the role of QA Customer Support Engineer at TAJCO and help us to maintain and develop our performance further.

As an important and valued team member, you will work locally and globally with cross functional teams on operational challenges and customer performance projects. Besides supplier quality control, you will secure performance stability and effectiveness of supplier management.

Other responsibilities will include:

-Primary interface for customer quality management, customer portal, and scorecard surveillance
-Manage quality expectations/ satisfaction in collaboration with customers and TAJCO organization, driving quality improvement initiatives
-Engage in problem solving (8D), support as a strong member of the TAJCO organization, apply problem solving methodology’s to successfully find the root cause and drive corrective action
-Drive and execute on TAJCO strategic plans for the customer service organization while collaborating with customers, sales representatives, internal stakeholders, and corporate entities
-Support customers during factory audits as needed in collaboration with local management
-Set up tools to minimize false RMA returns and failure returns to TAJCO to facilitate precise failure analysis
-Capturing, communicating, and replicating success and best practices across the organization and striving for perfection, driving standardization and consistency of approaches to embed a culture of excellence in operational performance
-Identify program risks through CAM, customer communication, and B2B portals proactively, coordinate meetings within cross functional team to address risks within TAJCO organization
-Provide status summary and present internally at quality reviews

About you
As a person and professional you have strong attention to details, work systematically and timely. You are organized and can also manage ad-hoc tasks and work towards tight deadlines. You are a team player but can also work independently.

We expect you to have good knowledge of core tools and the following standards: VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, VDA 6.5. Furthermore, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience from an equivalent position within quality management. You have a solid understanding of complex quality processes. Working in a multicultural environment is something you value and you speak, read and write English effortlessly.
