  • Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: 800 EUR/monthMinimum monthly salary is 800 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate

Job description, responsibilities and duties

General Description
•Implement and maintain personnel administration systems and processes in compliance with internal regulations and legal requirements.

• Collecting, completion, administration, updates of personal data of employees
• Administration of the entrance & organizational changes & exit processes of employees
• Presentation of work results and complex content on the level of internal and external meetings
• Trainings for internal employees
• Administration of personal files of employees in paper & electronical in related HR systems & tools
• Communication with external institutions (Social insurance, Health insurance, Labour office, Immigration policy, Legal authorities...) and internal communication with departments & managers
• Implement documentation of company processes to ensure the usage of forms & documents with the up to date Labour law
• improves and implements HR processes in line with international HR processes on international level
• Prepares on high level different reports, statistics of personal data for internal and also external usage
• Prepares relevant documentation for payroll processing
• Labour law consulting
• Participation in internal projects
