Our Bratislava consulting team is currently growing and hiring all seniority levels of employees.
Your tasks:
• Master operational excellence of our clients, drive digital transformation efforts and ensure smooth implementation of new banking systems and solutions for the biggest industry players.
• Work on the frontline and assist with all phases of the project life cycle i.e. analysis, requirements, planning, development, testing and deployment to ensure project deliverables meet defined scope.
• Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges.
• Conduct workshops with the client to collect requirements
• Interpret business related requirements for technical scope
• Help client in defining uses cases
• Partly responsible for the parameterization (development) of functionality for the Avaloq core banking system
• Respond to, and handle complex issues in testing and production
• Gather requirements relating to the integration of new systems
• Support our customers in advising them on strategic or operational tasks
• Develop specialist concepts for bank transformation projects
• Be in close contact and interact directly with our customers
• Business trips abroad may be required

• Affinity to information technology; profound MS Office skills; experience with project management tools is advantage, hands-on programming experience is a plus
• Strong team player and excellent soft skills
• Professional experience in banking, wealth management and financial services industry is a strong advantage (may be required)
